The journey began at my very own wedding - I yearned for a service like Bee & Evy, that could provide me with the absolute assurance that everything would be executed flawlessly on the day. A wedding requires meticulous planning and involves many moving wheels.
Being the bride AND having to handle all aspects of planning, decorating and event coordination was indeed quite a feat! Who could I rely on to ensure everything went smoothly? Family and friends were out of the question - they are guests, not my personal assistants! I ended up doing it all (and outsourcing a small portion of what I could), and in truth, it was hard! I realised - hey, this is where couples truly need help, so here I am!

We recommend you book with us (if you choose us!) as soon as you are planning for your wedding, at the very least when your venue is confirmed. We pride ourselves on careful planning to ensure we do not miss anything, so the more time, the better!
Our family business is a leisure business and only operates in the evenings and weekends, so we are only able to take on limited customers at a time. Be assured that we are committed to deliver our services at the absolute best quality
As each client's requirements could vary substantially, fees will be discussed in detail at the initial consultation and a quote will be provided from those discussions.
Yes of course! We offer customisable packages to fit your specific needs and budget. You may engage us for any one of the discrete services offered or a combination of the services as you require.
The preferred way to manage the buying process would be that once the detailed plans are confirmed, we will research and provide proposals to the client on purchase options for items required, the client will then purchase the decorations directly from suppliers. Clients must ensure that items are appropriately and safely packed for transport by light vehicle (additional services can include organising and packing items if required) by the day set-up is due. Any items which cannot be reasonably transported by light vehicle (ie. too big, too heavy, too much), will either incur extra cost or the client may elect to transport the items themselves and place the items in the agreed venue set-down area. Bee & Evy will then set-up decorations at the allocated time the venue has specified.
Once the event has concluded, we will organise take-down and transport back the next day (after the event).
If the client wishes for a full service where Bee & Evy is to directly buy the decorations on behalf of the client, then an alternative arrangement must be discussed at consult. This may include a Bill of Materials and holding sufficient client funds in Trust for us to access to be able to carry out complete management of procurement of decorations.
Yes of course! This is part of our Event Planning & Coordination Services. We assist in vendor research and proposals of options to the client (the client must select, engage separately and pay for third party services directly however), vendor pre-event liaison and coordination and vendor coordination during the event (to ensure everyone knows what they are doing, where and when).
Our bottom line is to take away the stress of making your day the most special day of your life. We want you to live in the moment of your big day and not worry about all the little details!
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we will aim to be as flexible as possible. The Fees will be paid to an agreed payment milestone schedule and typically payment of services is made in advance. Final payment is expected 2 weeks before event date. No refunds will be provided if services are cancelled any later than 2 weeks prior to the event date. Partial refunds will be given for services not rendered, at the time of cancellation, if cancellation occurs earlier than 2 weeks before the event. Any remaining monies held in Trust (if applicable) will be returned.
